Sharbati wheat is a regional variety of atta, derived from the wheat grown in the Sehore and Vidisha regions of MP. Also known as the MP wheat, Sharbati atta is sweeter in taste and better in texture. The grains of Sharbati atta are bigger in size and has a golden sheen to it.

This product in the display is Organic Whole Wheat Flour. It is a special sharbati variety wheat grown on our land by our associated farmers in Madhya Pradesh. Indian Roti/Chapati made of Organic Sharbati wheat are much sloppy in comparison to other. When prepared dough from Sharbati Organic Whole wheat flour or Atta, it consumes more water without becoming liquidized and therefore it is softer and good in taste. If you keep it for some time it will not become hard as seen with other varieties.
