Jowar Flour Organic

Jowar/ sorghum flour is prized as a healthy alternative to refined flour or all-purpose flour.
The flour is smooth and gooey as oatmeal but not heavy as wheat. The pancake and baked foods made out of jowar flour are light and fluffy and delectable to eat.
The farmers prefer the jowarcrop because it is drought-resistant and can be cultivated with very little water.
In the food industry, some years ago, jowar became the rage because it had weight loss benefits. But there’s a lot more to it.
